“Bard Fiction” wins encore!
Last night, it was announced that Bard Fiction won an encore performance! An encore is awarded to the top-selling show in each venue of the Fringe Festival. I was told by a Fringe staff member that he thinks we’re the first show in Fringe history to open up the balcony seating in the Rarig Thrust! * We are also the most-reviewed show in the Fringe, with 85 audience reviews as of right now.
On behalf of everyone involved, I’d like to extend an enormous, heartfelt “thank you” to those who saw the show and helped make it a success.
If you’re so inclined, please vote for our show and especially for Carin Bratlie, whose direction was outstanding, for Fringie Awards:

Our final performance will be tonight at 8:30 PM in the Rarig Thrust, and we’ll be tearin’ it up at the Fringe closing night party at The Guthrie after the show. Be there!
This year’s Fringe has been a truly wonderful experience, and I’m very grateful for it. I’d like to thank the folks at Tedious Brief for letting me be a part of such a great show, to Ari Hoptman for giving me a chance to work with him and a stellar cast in Tales…of the Expected, and to everybody who ever had anything to do with the Fringe ever.
* EDIT: I was either misinformed or heard incorrectly, as Shakespeare’s Land of the Dead opened up the balcony last year.

Shakespeare’s Land of the Dead had seating in the balcony for a couple performances last year…it’s a nice feeling to see folks up there, isn’t it? Congrats on a great run!
