As I type on my Dell Inspiron refurbished laptop, a Christmas gift from 2003, I feel compelled to consider the purchase of a new computer. This one’s still working okay, if a bit slowly. In 2006, I upgraded the RAM to maximum capacity (1 gigabyte) and put a bigger hard drive in it, and that [...]

SadGrrl13

28Mar08

Last night’s callback with Workhaus for SadGrrl13 went swimmingly. Fun, friendly folks in attendance, including several former castmates. It’s always nice to see so many familiar faces in an audition, and it’s encouraging when they’re all such wonderful actors.
I read first with Zoe, which, despite our vast array of mutual friends, I hadn’t actually met until [...]

Yesterday was a full day.
I went to the day job until about 10:00 AM.

Next Monday night, March 10th, at 7:30 PM, I’ll participate in a staged reading of William Shakespeare’s Henry IV, part I. It’s a fundraiser for Team in Training, and it’s being organized by Eva Nelson. Here’s the e-mail Eva sent out about it:
What: Staged reading of Henry IV, part I
Where: Lowry Lab, 360 St. Peter St, [...]
