Group Home is a feature-length film that follows two prisoners who end up working at a group home for the disabled as part of a work release program. It’s a black comedy, and one that will hopefully shed some light on the deeply flawed system we have for taking care of disabled individuals. I have a supporting role as “John,” a mentally challenged resident of the group home.

Writer/director Ted Dewberry has been keeping a production blog, which you can read here: http://teddewberry.blogspot.com

Go to minnewood.com! They’re giving away free tickets to the screening, and you can watch a scene from the film as well as behind-the-scenes footage! They also have a great article with some quotes from Ted.
